Never order from this company, THEY ARE THIEVES

I ordered weather tech mats for our keep, when my husband installed them they didn't fit properly leaving gaps on the sides. I phoned customer service and they requested photos which I sent. I waited a few days heard nothing from them, I phoned again and was told that they didn't receive the photos and asked for more. I resent the photos and still nothing from auto accessories garage. I was then contacted via email from Affirm saying my payment was late, I still owed 15% restocking fee, return postage and 29.99% interest for the days I was waiting to hear from auto accessories garage. The end result was I ended up paying affirm $72.50 for a product I never used and was clearly defective. If I didn't pay they would report to the credit bureau. When I am paying over $300.00 for a product I expect it to be perfect.

Not a professional business. Greedy people

Dont weastyor money with this liyers, you can get the same products on ebay and amezon for way cheaper. Where you dont have to pay returned shipping abd a restocking fees. Bad place dont buy anything

Order began on 9th of December, 2020... December 28th STILL TALKING NO PRODUCT!

Order began on 9th of December, 2020... after shipping WRONG product, returned, AAG sent email that product not returned. Provided UPS proof and name... FOUND PRODUCT... I ask for REPLACEMENT... AAG "SAID" they began processing refund... LAST AGENT...(three so far) said will ship REPLACEMENT... didn't happen... need I say more? Will notify PayPal!

Takes forever for a delivery

Do not order from this company. Prices are cheaper elsewhere. I ordered a $900.00 Bedcover and when it was time to ship 4 weeks later I checked on it only to find out 2 week delay. 2 weeks later I called to check and they said another 3 weeks. Canceled my order. Same with some vent visors I ordered shipping delayed. I ordered from Amazon and found both items cheaper and received them quickly.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Buyer BEWARE! Do not order from these people. They have the worst customer service ever! They are very rude and they make it impossible to speak
To a manager. I ordered a part from them which was supposed to arrive within 2 Weeks and 3 weeks later I was told my part was on back order and it would not arrive for another 3 weeks! They offered no proper resolution for their lack of communication and my wasted time! They didn't even apologize about this. Don't Buy From Them!

Tellin it like it is.

After ordering from AAG I read the reviews and buyers remorse set in. With the majority of reveiws showing a negative response I was expecting the worse. The exact item I searched for on the internet through various sources had prices of $159.00, $151.00, Lowe's $119.00 and AAG $99.00. I purchased on 9/17/20 and received the item I purchased on 9/25/20 from AAG. Very happy with AAG and the price was unbeatable. I speak for myself and until they do me wrong if they have the lowest price for the same item they have my buisness.

Do not purchase from AutoAccessoriesGarage

I can vouch for all the negative reviews here. I've had a defective product for over a month now and I'm having a nightmare replacing the product. "Kathy" from returns does not know what the hell shes doing. I've been told I had to wait 30 days for the replacement product to be back in stock and i was just told i needed to wait ANOTHER 60 DAYS... Cannot get a refund and im stuck with a defective product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR LEARN THE HARD WAY!

Non-existent Service

I tried to order a hitch receiver off their site. It stated if I ordered by 2 PM it would ship same-day. I received the ball in 2 days, but no receiver. I called and asked where it was as the online tracking said the order was "delivered". She told me it's not their fault as they only get one tracking number. So even if only 1 part of the order is shipped, it is completed out. Like this is my problem as a customer? I'm supposed to track their stuff for them? Ten days and three chat/calls later and I finally got an update, "Part back in stock on the 15th". Now on the 20th, I gave up. When I called to cancel, the same smart ass girl from the previous two calls told me I couldn't expect "normal" shipping and availability with the pandemic. Seriously? Smug af. I'm supposed to know which parts you actually have and can get, and which you don't/can't? If only they posted the in-stock status on their site. What a crazy concept.

Stay away from this company.

Did what they said they would do

These guys did me a good job. Said that it would take about two weeks, and that is what it took. The product was exactly what I ordered

Don't purchase from this website!

I will never deal with these jokers again. Horrible experience and bad customer service. Again, do yourselves a favor and don't buy anything from them.

Dishonest advertising on Amazon

I ordered a Curt Hitch on 6/4 via Amazon from them. Per Amazon, they had one in stock and I would receive it between 6/13 and 6/19, which was perfect because I needed to install the hitch no later than 6/20 on my vehicle. I called them on 6/12 to ensure that it would be delivered on time as it had not shipped yet. I was told that I would not receive it until 7/13, that they did not actually keep any of these in stock but they were an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. I told them I was on Amazon and was looking at that hitch from them and it stated that it was "In Stock" and had a latest delivery date of 6/26, so how was this possible if the one I ordered on 6/4 wasn't in stock and couldn't be delivered by the promised dates. The only remedy they had for me was to cancel my order. I don't understand why a company would lie about something being in stock and promised delivery dates. They don't care at all about the needs of their customers and will say anything to get your order instead of you ordering from one of their competitors.

Good Purchase during Covid-19

I purchased a Encore Tonneau Cover in late may. It was delayed a couple days due to Covid-19. Shortly after I ordered, and before my unit was shipped, the item went on sale. At my request, the price was adjusted, and I received a $99 credit. The cover arrived in good condition.
